1. Can you put a motor on my existing garage door?

Our openers will work on most doors. Your door needs to be in good operating condition and have sufficient side or back room for fixing.

2. What can I do if the remote I’m looking for is not on your website?

Please email or MMS us a photo or come visit our warehouse

3. Do all motors and remotes come with instructions on how to program?

Yes all instructions are included with our motors and remotes

4. Will programming a new remote affect my other remotes?

No, you’ll simply be adding a new remote

5. Are batteries included with your remotes?

Yes, all out remotes come with batteries

6. What can I do if my remote has stopped working?

- Change battery.

- Check for obstruction or interference to frequency

- Check that the unit is engaged on automatic operation

- Ensure that power is turned on

7. When should I service my garage door?

To ensure smooth and continual operation, all garage doors should be services every 12 months.

8. What payment options are available?
